The Property Hub

The Property Hub service is available free of charge to all of our clients, it is an optional service so we will ask you if you wish to be registered.

 

The purpose of it is that we can ensure when the right house for you is listed online with the estate agents, we are quick to make contact with them. We understand it can be difficult to get in contact fast with estate agents as your working hours may match the agent’s opening times. This means that you may not get a chance to make a call to them, which could lead to the property selling quickly before you have the chance to view it. The Property Hub is here to help prevent, as much as possible, this happening and we have our dedicated team on hand to set up alerts to match your property wish list so we are notified of new listings straight away. With your permission on registration, our team will contact the relevant agent on your behalf, ask any questions that you have told us you wish to ask about the property and book a viewing in at a time a date that suits you.
